Strengthening an agency’s corporate branding
Under the Ministry of Health, the Agency
of Integrated Care (AIC) reaches out to
caregivers and seniors with information
on staying active and engaged while
connecting them with relevant services.
It also works closely with partners to
meet the needs of Singapore’s ageing population.
In 2019, AIC sought to raise awareness of
its presence so that audiences may tap
onto AIC’s resources to get the help they
need. Additionally, whilst conducting
market research, we found that AIC’s
